Matt is responsible for setting the strategic direction for Ignite Group’s marketing, PR and international growth.Prior to setting up the Ignite Group, Matt was an investment banker for Hambros, Kleinwort Benson and ABN Amro.
PAUL DEEMING
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Paul combines the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He oversees the operational, financial and legal frameworks required to support Ignites growth and is responsible for finance, legal, capital budgets, IT, expenditure and purchasing.

Jason joined Ignite in July 2010, coming from The Gondola Group, which operates Pizza Express, Byrons, Kettners, Zizzi and Ask Restaurants. He sits on the board of Ignite group and is responsible for leading and expanding the Bumpkin brand.

OPERATIONS AND
DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Samir joined Ignite in September 2010. He is responsible for the day-to -day operations of the Group as well as expanding some of the group’s concepts in international markets.
