We are looking for CHEFS DE PARTIE for our Bumpkin Restaurant in Notting Hill

ABOUT THE JOB

Bumpkin chefs have a true love and interest in sustainable food. We work with artisan producers, sourcing the best quality food straight from the farms and shores of Great Britain so our chefs have the confidence, knowledge and passion for making each and every dish a delight.  You will be the real ambassador for Bumpkin food.

Chefs de Partie contribute to the production of the highest possible food quality in the delegated section at all times.  The preparation of required mis-en-place as instructed by superiors and to assist the junior Chefs in the daily and general running and organisation of the assigned section. 
Qualifications relevant to the position applied for are an advantage.

ABOUT YOU

Bumpkin CDP's will have the following:

• Previous experience in a similar, quality-driven environment
• Highly motivated with a real passion for food
• Strong team player
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in all sections of the kitchen
• Great organisational and communication skills
• Strong command of the English language

You will work approximately 5 days over 7, which includes weekends.
