Assistant General Manager in Notting Hill
Job Description
We are recruiting for an ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER for our BUMPKIN restaurant, in Notting Hill to start MID AUGUST 2009.
The restaurant is set over four floors, comprising of a brasserie, a restaurant, a Private Dining Room and The Attic.
We serve a taste of seasonal Britain, in a relaxed and friendly environment, whilst providing great service.
We need our Assistant General Manager to have a unique flair, considerable experience and a real sense of customer focus and team values. We are looking for someone who is able to bring their personality, initiative and experience to the restaurant and make an impact.
Applicants must show evidence of the following:
- Passionate about food and wine and the industry they work in
- Considerable restaurant experience
- Proven skills front and back of house
- Customer service focussed
- Able to deputise in the absence of the General Manager
- A personal licence holder
You must be eligible to work full time in the UK.
