PAUL DEEMING

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Paul combines the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He oversees the operational, financial and legal frameworks required to support Ignites growth and is responsible for finance, legal, capital budgets, IT, expenditure and purchasing.

Paul studied law at Cambridge University and then joined Arthur Andersen in their Corporate Recovery & Finance practice, during which time he gained his ACA qualification. He then moved into a management role at a private leisure group where he led their club, bar, and hotel operations in key European regions.

Paul also served as Finance Director of a marketing agency within the Omnicom group and served on the board of a PR company within Interpublic. These prior roles in the leisure and marketing sectors led him to launch the Ignite Group with Matt in 1998. Paul`s business acumen and financial expertise has helped Ignite become a sound commercial success.
